While in court prosecuting mob boss Sal Maroni, Gotham City district attorney Harvey Dent is savagely scarred when Maroni throws acid on the left side of his face. This grotesque disfigurement renders Dent criminally insane transforming him into the super villain "Two-Face" obsessed with the number 2, wearing 2-sided suits and making all important decisions by flipping a two-headed coin. Two-Face uses his expertise in marksmanship, martial arts and the law to commit crime.
