A former NYPD police officer with Batman-like detective skills whose arm was amputated following a bomb attack, Misty Knight receives a bionic prosthetic arm from Tony Stark giving her concussive blasts projection, control over magnetism, technopathy as well as the obvious superhuman strength [and teams up with Colleen Wing to form the crime fighting duo Daughters of theDragon.] Frequently working with the Heroes for Hire duo Luke Cage and Iron Fist, Misty Knight forms a romanticconnection with the latter and they have the first interracial kiss in mainstream comics history in 1977.
